Your visit
What to expect
Arrive and settle
Come five minutes early. On a first visit you fill in a short form about your skin and any medication, over a cup of tea.
Talk first
Before we start we look at your skin together and agree on what we will do. You can change your mind at any moment.
Advice to take home
Afterwards we tell you what we used and what your skin could use at home. Nothing to buy unless you want to.

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before. If you cancel later or do not come, we charge 50% of the treatment, because we kept that time for you.
Stop using retinol, exfoliating acids and scrubs three days before, and skip the sunbed that week. A fruit acid peel is best booked in autumn and winter, when the sun is gentle.
Come without mascara or brow make-up if you can. Wear contact lenses? Bring your case, it is more comfortable to take them out. A brow lamination or lash lift usually keeps its shape for around six weeks.
Book a skin consultation (30 min, €35): we look closely at your skin and your routine, and you take home a written plan. The fee comes off your first treatment. Or choose “Not sure yet” in the booking form and tell us a little about your skin.
